References are REQUIRED! If I am the first to draw your character (first of all, I'm honored), please use real-life references and as detailed of a description as you can provide. Mood boards and inspiration boards are a good example of this!
Please contact me about your commission (preferably e-mail or discord) before sending me any kind of payment. Discussing what it is you want from me is an important part of the process, as the complexity of your piece may alter the price or deadline. Once I confirm I have an understanding of what you’d like and am comfortable with the transaction, then I will request payment and begin the commission.

100% of the payment must be received before I begin the commission.
If you have a hard deadline, please let me know in advance before the commission is begun. This may affect my ability to accept your commission at this time.
Payment methods will vary depending on your region and what you have available, but I will NOT use Paypal. Cashapp, gift cards, and Kofi are all options I’ve successfully used before because of their lack of personal information from both parties.
No refunds will be given unless extenuating circumstances deem it necessary.
✧*:THE PROCESS:*✧
I will send you watermarked screenshots of the process (sketch, base colors, finished product) and will request your approval at each stage before continuing. I will not continue to work beyond each stage until approval or revisions are given.
If I send you a progress shot and I hear no response for one week from the date of my sending the image, your commission will be cancelled and NO REFUND will be given. This applies to any and all of the requests for approval I may send you.
I may post the finished product/progress shots on my socials. I also tend to stream my art on my Twitch channel - if the piece is a gift or something you'd like to keep a surprise, please let me know and I won't stream or post anything about it until you do (or, if you don’t use social media, one month after the final product is sent). If you would like to request I add a watermark if/when I post the finished product, please do so before I begin work on your commission.

For Twitch emotes, you must use the emote attribution feature to give me credit and include a hyperlink to my channel in your "About" page. If you're not sure how to do this, please let me know and I can walk you through it!
For PNGtuber models, I must be credited with a hyperlink to my Twitch channel via the "About" page on your channel and something equivalent on sites other than Twitch (i.e. Twitter bio, Youtube "About" page, etc.). If you're not sure how to do this, please let me know and I can walk you through it!
You are allowed to post the finished product, but you must tag and credit me wherever you post it (Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Do not crop out or remove my signature in any way, shape, or form.
I reserve the right to cancel or deny a commission at my discretion.
